We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to develop the course for which you have signed up.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about new ideas, offerings, programs, site launches, or changes to this privacy policy.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect personal data from people who become members of this site, including name, email, geographical information, personal account preferences, transactional data, and technical data (which courses persons registers for, etc.) This data is collected when a person completes the following actions: registers for a course; registers for an event; makes a payment; or subscribes to a newsletter.

Media

If you upload images (profile pics, etc) to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed. When you make a payment, a temporary cookie is created that keeps track of when a payment is attempted and if a payment is completed. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

This website is hosted by Bluehost. All of your personal information and all files for this website are securely stored on their server.
