Quillwood Academy’s founder, Eric Garza, has mentored individuals and small groups for more than a decade. He supports those interested in developing both hard and soft skills. Hard skills that Eric can support include martial arts and movement practice, hunting and fishing, reading animal tracks and sign, growing and gathering edible and medicinal plants, and place-based skills more generally. Soft skills that Eric can support includes communication skills, critical self-reflection, and motivational coaching. Eric specializes in helping people work through climate and collapse anxiety so they can discern a compassionate path towards adaptation.

Mentoring programs are personalized and often long-term. To schedule a free Zoom consultation to discuss whether Eric is a good fit for your mentoring needs, email him at info@quillwood.org with Mentoring in the subject line.
